Layne & Morgan

I was thrilled when Layne and Morgan contacted me through a referral on Facebook!  Especially exciting was that they booked me for the entire wedding experience:  Engagement photos, the formal session, and even their wedding day.  I love it when I get to follow a couple through the process… it’s fun to be a part of each exciting step.

This session was an engagement shoot, beginning at the beautiful red rocks of Snow Canyon.  Talk about magical!  The red rocks were a gorgeous background, and I didn’t think it could get any better than that … but when we went to the lava rocks (and they had a wardrobe change) the magic just kept happening.  At moments, they might have felt a little awkward (most people do when a camera is pointed at them) they looked natural and just couldn’t hold back that twinkle of love. The love combined with the magnificent golden sun at the lava rocks made every shot come to life!
